Solstice Measurements

Background
What little opportunity presented itself to undertake research at the 1998 Solstice was dedicated to two activities, firstly - a measurement of the changes to the Hartmann Grid over a several day period both before and after the Solstice. Secondly, changes to the main East-West Energy line in East Yorkshire, reported in the Equinox research.
Results
1. Grids
The experiments were carried out in the author’s back garden. The task was to plot on a daily basis the position of the Hartmann Grid and particularly, estimate its width and size of the columnar vortex arising at the crossovers of the grid lines.
The grid pattern moved around one metre towards the south west from that at the Solstice date until around 3 days later when it stabilised. The Grid width was considerably wider during the few days around Solstice, being around 6 metres width rather than the more normal 3-3.5 metres.
What was more startling was the fact that the size of the columnar vortex at each crossover had widened to one half the grid width at the Solstice itself. This meant that all vortices were touching. Over a 3 day period following Solstice, the radius of the vortices steadily decreased until after around 5 days, they were back to their normal size of the megalithic yard.
2. Energy Lines
Only spot results after the Solstice were made on one day. This was on Monday 22nd June at around 5.45 pm. The half line width to the energy line was around 44 metres with the total line width being 88 metres. These figures compare with the peak Equinox values of 47 and 94 metres respectively. The key feature, however, was the fact that the energy line flow changed direction. It now flows on the left. A recent check (22/07/89) on a line 20 miles away confirms this same direction.
The test site was a major E-W energy line in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It essentially links Beverley with York. Gardham is a location on the Wolds some 4 miles west of Beverley where in earlier years, Crop Circles have formed.
The test was simply measuring the width of these energy lines at around 5.45 pm on days leading up to and after the Spring Equinox March 20th, 1998.
Definition of the lines is shown in the attached figure.
It was only possible to measure one side of the line since the other half crosses the main A-1079 road.
The results were totally consistent with the outer line separation always being one half that of the inner line separation. This is consistent with the harmonic properties of the lines in general.
Reference the attached figure, one sees a steady build up of line separation before the Equinox, peaking at this time and then dying away again. Note that say three days before the peak and three days after it, the line widths were virtually identical.
There was no reversal of line direction on the main lines during this experiment. We await similar results for the Solstice.
4. The Autumn Equinox , Gardham - East Yorkshire
Period 22nd,23rd,24th September 1998
General
The results obtained at Gardham during the Spring Equinox were repeated again under the same conditions at the Autumn Equinox over a three day period. Measuring conditions were identical with those previously adopted so that direct comparisons could be made.
The same five line width measurements (yds) were measured as follows -

It can be seen that, within the accuracy of measurement, the readings were symmetrical through the equinox period. Again, there was no change in the direction of energy flow along the lines at any perceived time. From this exercise, it is clear that the earth grid system is significantly influenced by the sun’s position in what appears in this exercise to be a symmetrical pattern. Considerable further work is needed at a large number of sample points throughout the country to confirm these preliminary results.
