LOCATION & TIMES

We meet on the 3rd Friday of every month * at the Mosses Community Centre in Bury. Talks normally commence at 7.45pm.

* We do not normally meet during the Summer months (or December), although there are often dowsing trips out, within the locality, arranged independently by members.

14 March: this will be a practical night.
18 April: a guest speaker who will be talking to us about "Healthy Foods" -use your dowsing skills to choose!
16 May: a guest speaker, Susan Miller, who is going to be telling us about Chakras in the human body, avery dowsable subject.
20 June: we are hoping to arrange a visit to a local site with a chance to practise our dowsing skill, venue to be arranged, ideas would help. No meetings July and August
19 September: practical night and a discussion to see what we've all been up to during the summer.
17 October: AGM, don't worry it won't take long, then probably practical and discussion.
November yet to be arranged.

HOW TO FIND US:

Exit the M66 at Junction-2. Follow A58 Bury signs. Go straight through the cross-roads (controlled traffic-lights) & turn left at the first mini-roundabout. As the road turns sharp right, next to Asda's carpark, carry straight on. The Mosses is almost immediately on the left with plenty of on-street parking. or: follow the road round by Asda & turn into the public carpark opposite the supermarket's main entrance.

From Bolton / Ramsbottom, follow A56 Manchester signs until you see Bury Town Hall, a large white building. Bear left at these traffic lights. Go straight through the next lights (Town Hall on the right, Bury bus / rail interchange to the left), through the next lights (Bury College on your right, Bury Market over to the left). As the road curves round to the left, turn right (traffic light controlled). You will see Asda on your left & a large, free, carpark on your right. Head for the left-hand side of the carpark where you will see the single-storey Mosses Community Centre across the road, entrance opposite the Primary school.

From Manchester, follow the A56 through Prestwich & Whitefield to Bury until you see the Town Hall Clock set in gardens. Immediately after you will see a large white building, the Town Hall. Turn right at the traffic lights here and proceed as per the route from Bolton.

N.B. Whilst we will do our best to present the programme as detailed , we cannot guarantee this, due to last-minute unforseen circumstances. However, there will usually be either an alternative speaker or practical exercises, plus we generally find time to show newcomers how to dowse - so we look forward to seeing you here.
